The indicated prices are per day per apartment for a minimum stay of 3 days. The price does not include the local tourist tax per day/person (guests aged 14 upward) of 2.70€.

Deposit and reservation
To be able to confirm your reservation, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the booked stay. Please indicate your name and reservation period as the reason for the bank transfer.
Please note: The booking will become binding after the payment of a deposit (booking guarantee) and we will send you the booking confirmation.

Updated cancellation conditions
(only applicable for Covid19-related border closures or lockdowns)
If your Covid-10 holiday cannot be taken, we will credit your already paid deposit towards a later holiday in the upcoming next year.
Cancellation conditions (according to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code*)
The Italian Consumer Code does not contemplate the right of withdrawal. However, we recognise a right of withdrawal for you according to article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. If something unexpected happens and you cannot take your holidays as scheduled, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- For no-shows: 80 % of the total amount is due
- Within 7 days of arrival: we charge 70 % of the total price
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival: The deposit will be refunded or you can use it as a credit for the deposit for your next holidays.
- Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival: The deposit will be kept.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure: The full room price will be charged.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to come and stay with us.

Travel insurance
We recommend that when booking your stay to also purchase “cancellation protection”. In this way, your cancellation charges will be covered and you will be able to enjoy your holiday without worries. Payment options
The limit for cash payments in Italy is Euro 1999.99. You can pay your bill with us by cheque, debit card, credit card or cash.
